Study Circles
The goal of the study circles program is to facilitate discussion with the community. The topics of discussion will be on a variety of subjects of interest to the participants. The focuses of the series of discussions are to surface solutions and develop action plans that are founded in the commitment of the community participants rather than formed by outside sources.

Youth Program
The goal of the Youth Services project is to raise the awareness and practice of diversity acceptance and inclusion among Kitsap County youth. We will engage youth in programs designed and executed by youth and their supports and provide community links to youth at risk in Kitsap County.

Anti Violence Emergency Response Team
The goal of the AVERT project is to assist victims of hate and bias crime. The assistance offers support from a reassuring supportive community member and connects people with services available in Kitsap County during their time of need. The AVERT volunteers strive to ensure the victims of hate and bias incidents that their value of inclusion is demonstrated and they are welcome in their community.

Hate Symbols Catalog
The goal of the Hate Symbols Catalog is to provide a tool for intervention in the recruitment of youth into hate groups. The catalog is intended as a guide for law enforcement, community leadership, School Personnel and parents in identifying the tools and communication techniques of hate groups.

Hate Free Communities Project
Hate Free Communities project is a grass-roots door-to-door campaign to energize and mobilize the community to be hate and violence free and to respond to incidents of hate and bias in our home, work, school and broader community.

Education and Speakers' Project
Human and Civil Rights speakers and guests provide education opportunities and speaking engagments to help the public understand current events and their importance in the human rights activist community

Advocate Services
When you feel you have been harmed by discrimination or unfair treatment the Network Advocates help you to find a solution to your problem and make connections to services in the community. The Advocates help you learn to advocate for yourself and help you understand your rights and reponsibilities.

Puget Sound Monitoring Project (PMP)
The PMP research and response staff track organized hate groups in our state and region. This information is compiled and used to educate the general public on hate group activities and used to organize community response to those activities. Reports are delivered to law enforcement, school officials, coalition partners and network members.
